Tunisia 2025

Exploring Southern Tunisia: A Crossroads of Tradition, Contemporary Arts and Mystical Landscapes

Dates: April 26 - May 3, 2025

Join us on an exploration of the landscapes and heritage of Southeastern Tunisia while diving into the region's contemporary arts scene, a side of North Africa that few travelers get to experience. Starting with the lush, whitewashed villages of the Mediterranean island of Djerba, followed by the cutting-edge creativity of Gabès Cinema Festival, we will immerse ourselves in a region where heritage and the contemporary arts meet in unexpected ways. We’ll end our exploration by venturing into the heart of the Dahar plateau with its ancient Amazigh villages, cinematic desert landscapes and unique culture.

This first al Qadr experience is an opportunity to connect deeply with a country where respect for tradition and contemporary creative rebellion live side by side. Beyond the breathtaking setting and landscapes, this journey is about feeling the energy of a place alive with culture, history, and modern creativity. With every step, you’ll experience a Tunisia that is not just seen, but felt—and tasted. A crossroads of heritage, creativity, and timeless beauty, waiting to be explored, one conversation and meal at a time.

Uzbekistan 2026

In 2026, we’ll immerse ourselves in the traditions and stories of Uzbekistan, where hospitality is a cultivated state of being. Journeying into the heart of Central Asia – from the Khorezm oasis in the West, only to be captivated by the turquoise-tiled, grand madrasas of Samarkand and the remote lush fertile Fergana valley in the East –, we will meet master artisans weaving the history of the Silk Road into each thread and potter shaping red clay. With centuries-old techniques, they reveal a culture held together by reverence for both nature and memory.

Authentic Curation

A strong connection to the authentic, local cultures of our hosts is highly important to us. By collaborating with trusted partners and artisans rooted deeply in their heritage and lands, we’re able to create unfiltered, honest experiences for our fellow seekers and travellers.
